These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of KabirDNS, including the KabirDNS website, mobile application, DNS services, hosted dashboards, setup flows, APIs, support channels, and related features provided by KabirInvents. By creating an account, downloading the app, purchasing a plan, or using KabirDNS in any way, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If KabirDNS makes important changes to these Terms and Conditions, service operations, billing terms, security practices, or account requirements, notice may be sent to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your email address accurate and accessible.
You may use KabirDNS only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use KabirDNS on behalf of a company, school, family account, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on that entity's behalf.
KabirDNS provides DNS-related services and related tools, which may include encrypted DNS connectivity, device-linked DNS hostnames, profile-based DNS routing, account management, subscription billing, web dashboards, setup flows, diagnostics, and supporting infrastructure. KabirDNS may add, remove, rename, suspend, or modify features at any time in order to improve the service, maintain security, comply with law, or resolve operational issues.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, devices, login credentials, and linked identifiers. You must use accurate registration details, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify KabirDNS promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
KabirDNS may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear compromised, abusive, fraudulent, misleading, inactive for security reasons, or otherwise in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to use KabirDNS to:
KabirDNS may assign or allow the use of generated hostnames, subdomains, records, and profile-linked identifiers. These identifiers are licensed for use with the service and remain subject to service management, routing, security controls, and recovery actions. KabirDNS may reclaim, rotate, reset, or disable hostnames and related records where necessary for operations, support, security, or abuse handling.
Some KabirDNS features require payment. By subscribing, you authorize KabirDNS and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and other disclosed charges using your selected payment method. Subscription terms, billing cycles, pricing, renewal timing, and cancellation behavior may vary by plan, promotional offer, platform, region, or billing provider.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for any charges incurred before cancellation becomes effective.
Refunds, credits, and billing adjustments are handled according to the rules of the applicable plan, billing platform, and payment processor. KabirDNS may deny refund requests where the service has already been materially delivered, where abuse is suspected, where platform rules prevent reimbursement, or where usage falls outside any refund policy then in effect.
KabirDNS aims to keep the service available and reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, platform outages, upstream failures, network conditions, regional routing issues, abuse mitigation, domain propagation, certificate delays, software defects, or force majeure events may affect availability, latency, or functionality.
KabirDNS may require minimum app versions, updated client behavior, new security requirements, or revised setup procedures in order to continue accessing some or all service features. Older versions of the app may lose access, become partially functional, or stop working entirely.
KabirDNS may send updates, notices, warnings, upgrade requirements, policy changes, maintenance alerts, billing notices, and other service-related communications to the email address on file for your account. You agree that email notice is an acceptable way to deliver these operational and legal communications.
Your use of KabirDNS is also subject to the KabirDNS Privacy Policy. Where these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy both apply, they should be read together.
KabirDNS, KabirInvents, the related branding, software, site content, designs, service logic, text, code, and supporting materials are owned by KabirInvents or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms and Conditions do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.
KabirDNS may suspend, limit, or terminate access immediately if reasonably necessary for security, nonpayment, abuse prevention, fraud review, legal compliance, infrastructure protection, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. You may stop using the service at any time, but termination does not erase fees already owed or liabilities that arose before termination.
KabirDNS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. KabirDNS does not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect filtering accuracy, universal compatibility, uninterrupted DNS resolution, or error-free operation. Security tools, DNS profiles, and filtering features reduce risk in some scenarios but do not guarantee total protection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KabirInvents and KabirDNS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or device access arising out of or related to your use of KabirDNS.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of KabirInvents and KabirDNS for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to KabirDNS for the service during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KabirInvents, KabirDNS, and their operators, affiliates, licensors, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any waiver of any provision will be effective only if made expressly and in writing. These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and KabirDNS regarding the service unless additional plan-specific or platform-specific terms explicitly apply.
